For a rental house near the Hungarian spa town of Hévíz, I've proposed a new identity. Initially just the logo was created, but later the desire arose to offer the property independently, so I designed a website as well.
See full website Layout below
Despite having all the factors available, the region of Hévíz and Keszthely are still somewhat hidden gems to the larger public. Therefore there is plenty of opportunity to shape the way tourism can be perceived.
This played an important role for me, because its raw beauty makes it an unspoiled environment. creating the logo, I wanted to intertwine the grandeur of past times, old traditions and rustic vibe with the spa feeling and calm natural atmosphere.

The Logo

The border and font of the logo is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau movement. The name itself is the owners' last name combined with the Hungarian word for house (Háza), which translates into 'The House of Lazeroms'. The colours are earthly yet joyeus, and fit well with all four seasons. the oval shape is reminiscent of antique luggage labels and commemorates the time before the Soviet occupation, where Hévíz was a health resort for the elite from the Austrian-Hungarian Empire. Even though this particular website is no longer live due to sale of the property, the logo and website will probably return in the future in a similar format.
